House Rules
Please Review the Rules Below
1. Houston has alot of attractive locations and great experiences within a 5-10 min commute so please NO PARTYING. Please respect quiet hours which are between 11 pm-7am. Loud music, events or gatherings ARE NOT ALLOWED outside the unit. This a residential community. If a noise complaint is beyond acceptable level there will be one warning and if repeated violation occurs a second time a $300 fee will apply and the reservation will be terminated immediately WITHOUT a refund.
2.There is also NO SMOKING allowed inside the house If there are any signs of smoking there will be a $500 fee.
3. No extra guest allowed to stay over. Please notify if you need to add an additional guest after booking. If you do not there will be a charge of $100 extra per guest. We do not allow unregistered or unpaid guest on property at anytime to stay over if so we reserve the rightj to have those people leave or terminate the reservation immediately without a refund.
4. Please take shoes off at the front door.
5. If the garage opener is lost the replacement is $250.
6. Parking is free ONLY inside of the two car attached garage. The only extra parking available is at the beginning of the community if it is not taken. DO NOT park on the street including in front of the garage. We are not responsible for any towing fees.
7. First aid kit is located under the kitchen sink
8. NO HOT ITEMS ON COUNTERTOPS
9. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out can be accommodated (Based on availability) An additional fee of $100 will be applied. There will be a $100 charge every hour the guest has not exited the property if you don't request that accommodation.
10. Missing or broken items will be subject to a fee of $100+
11. Pets are allowed upon approval
12. Lastly please do not tamper, cover or unplug the camera outside in front of the door. If it occurs we will stop by to check in to reconnect and make sure everything is okay and if there is evidence of being tampered with will result to immediate termination, NO refund.
