House Rules
Please Review the Rules Below
1. Houston has alot of attractive locations and great experiences within a 3-15 min commute so please NO PARTYING. Please respect quiet hours which are between 11 pm-7am. Loud music, events or gatherings ARE NOT ALLOWED inside or outside the unit. This a residential community. If a noise complaint is beyond acceptable level there will be one warning and if repeated violation occurs a second time a $300 fee will apply and the reservation will be terminated immediately WITHOUT a refund.
2.There is also NO SMOKING allowed inside or outside. If there are any signs of smoking there will be a $500 fee.
3. No extra guest allowed to stay over. Please notify if you need to add an additional guest after booking. If you do not there will be a charge of $100 extra per guest. We do not allow unregistered or unpaid guest on property at anytime to stay over if so we reserve the right to have those people leave or terminate the reservation immediately without a refund.
4. If you move furniture please back to original location.
5. If key fob and parking pass is lost the replacement is $250.
6. Parking is free but do not park in reserved parking space only if you rent a vehicle from us. Do not park in handicap spots. We are not responsible for any towing fees.
7. First aid kit is located under the kitchen sink
8. If you have any questions, problems, comments or concerns please contact us ONLY through the app or through the phone number provided upon booking. Building staff(leasing office and maintenance) are not affiliated with this unit and not available to you during the stay.
9. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out can be accommodated (Based on availability) An additional fee of $50 will be applied. There will be a $100 charge every 30 mins the guest has not exited the property if you don't request that accommodation.
10. Missing or broken items will be subject to a fee of $100+
11. Pets are only allowed with approval from the Host.
12. Lastly please do not tamper, cover or unplug the camera outside in front of the door. If it occurs we will stop by to check in to reconnect and make sure everything is okay and if there is evidence of being tampered with will result to immediate termination, NO refund.
