How do I extend my booking?
If you are interested in extending your stay, please contact us by phone or email. Based on availability, we will be able to adjust your reservation.
Are there any additional charges or fees?
In addition to the cost of your stay, we charge a standard hotel/local taxes (based on local laws and regulations) and cleaning fee. You will see a full breakdown of your charges before payment.
For stays up to 28 nights, you won't be charged a security deposit, but we do require a credit card on file in case there are any incidental charges, such as damages to the property or furniture. More info can be found in our House Rules.
Is there a security deposit?
We do charge a refundable security deposit that will be returned to you within 1 to 2 business days after checkout provided there are no damages to our unit or house rules are not violated.
Checking In
When is check-in & check-out?
Our check in time is 3 pm and check out is 11 am. If you need special accommodations, please contact us through phone or email and we can provide which options are available.
Will we get a key?
Some of our units have smart locks or a lock box containing keys/key fobs. You will be provided a smart lock code or code for lockbox the morning of check in.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away, 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.
